We will make reasonable efforts to:

Technical assistance does not constitute a refund, replacement, or satisfaction guarantee.
6. License, Use, and Restrictions
Digital products are licensed, not sold.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Redistribution, resale, sharing, sublicensing, or public posting is prohibited
