Digital Products / Refund Policy

This Digital Products and Refund Policy governs all purchases of digital products from Ascendare Group LLC (“Ascendare Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing or accessing any digital product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. Scope of Digital Products

This policy applies to all digitally delivered products, including but not limited to:

  • Downloadable files

  • Templates, toolkits, and workbooks

  • Reports, assessments, and frameworks

  • Videos, courses, and training materials

  • Any electronically delivered educational or consulting-related content

No physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. Digital Delivery and Access

All digital products are delivered electronically via:

  • Immediate download

  • Email delivery

  • Account or platform access

Delivery is deemed complete once access is granted, regardless of whether the product is downloaded, accessed, or used.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with required software, devices, and internet access prior to purchase.

3. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase:

  • No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted

  • This includes circumstances involving non-use, dissatisfaction, accidental purchase, or change of mind

  • Accessing or downloading a product constitutes irrevocable delivery

Refunds are issued only if required by applicable law.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid digital purchase:

  • Constitutes a material violation of this policy and the Terms and Conditions

  • May result in immediate revocation of access

  • May be contested using transaction records, IP logs, and access data

  • May result in account termination and collection actions

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve access issues prior to initiating a dispute.

5. Technical Issues and Access Support

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchased digital product, contact mtrombley@ascendaregroup.com within 7 days of purchase.

We will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Restore access

  • Reissue download links

  • Resolve platform-related delivery issues

Technical assistance does not constitute a refund, replacement, or satisfaction guarantee.

6. License, Use, and Restrictions

Digital products are licensed, not sold.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Products are licensed for individual or internal business use only

  • Redistribution, resale, sharing, sublicensing, or public posting is prohibited

  • Modification for resale or derivative works is prohibited

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All digital products are the intellectual property of Ascendare Group LLC and are protected by U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchase does not transfer ownership rights.

8. No Guarantees or Warranties

Digital products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Ascendare Group LLC makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Business or financial outcomes

  • Performance improvements

  • Compliance or regulatory results

  • Accuracy or suitability for a specific purpose

Results depend on user execution, context, and external factors.

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Updates are effective upon posting. Continued access to digital products constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
